My name is Jenny Wren, and at The Next Mile, I offer personalized coaching to help you find your way in running, no matter your starting point. My own journey into running began later in life, after a significant personal shift towards better health. This experience taught me the value of gradual progress and finding a sustainable approach. I believe everyone can grow as a runner with the right support.

I provide customized training plans through Final Surge, tailored to your goals and fitness level. You'll receive regular check-ins and the flexibility to adjust your plan as needed. I also offer feedback on your training to help you understand what you're doing and why. My aim is to help you set realistic goals and feel good about your progress.

I incorporate strength training into every plan because I believe it's important for both performance and staying healthy. My coaching emphasizes sustainable running – finding a way to run that fits into your life and respects your individual needs. Having navigated my own health journey, I appreciate the importance of patience and celebrating each step forward.

For those in the Lillestrøm/Oslo area, I offer a Hybrid Coaching option that includes monthly in-person sessions for training and assessments like lactate testing and form evaluation, in addition to the online plan. I also provide Nutritional Guidance to support your fueling goals, either on its own or alongside your training.
