I want running to add joy to your life. I want to be your cheerleader. I want to help you do things you're a little bit afraid to do so that you can look back and think, I did that.

But I also want you to be a strong runner, because strong runners are healthy runners. If you're stuck in a constant injury and rehab cycle, we can work on that together. If you want to do something big and scary, I’ll help you build toward it properly.

My name is Jenny Wren, and I work with runners at every stage, from complete beginners to people who want to tackle their first ultra. Every running plan includes strength work and adjusts to work with your actual life. If you're in the Lillestrøm/Oslo area, hybrid coaching adds monthly in-person sessions including lactate testing and running form assessment.

    • You value one-on-one time to ask questions, get reassurance, or check form

    • You like knowing someone’s in your corner—live, not just in your inbox

    • Commit to your live session—missed sessions don’t roll over

    • Keep your log updated and let me know in advance if you need to reschedule

    • Use the time with purpose—this is your space, but it works best when we’re focused

    • Weekly check-ins for accountability and support

    • Support with fueling issues like low appetite, GI problems, or inconsistent hunger

    • You’re training hard but struggling to eat enough or feel fueled
